Creating a personalized card to wish someone a Happy 25th Birthday! ๐ŸŽˆ

Here’s a card made using Stampin Up’s number set and dies.

I added a little designer series paper, (this was made with a scrap of a retired dsp but you can use any that you like), and there you have it… a personalized card for a special celebration!

Creating a personalized hand-stamped card for someone is something I love to do. Up until about 15 years ago, I had never even heard of rubber stamping! A couple of friends were talking about it, and honestly, I didn’t understand at first what it was all about…I thought to myself…”rubber stamping…? Why would anyone want to do that???”

But…I had one friend from church who was a demonstrator, and another friend who was also a demonstrator and I was invited to a few “stamping parties” by two different friends…so…the peer pressure got to me. Yep, I tried it…and I was hooked!

After about a year or so of stamping, and a friend from church who kept encouraging me, eventually I decided to be a demonstrator. Who would have guessed that I would do that?!?!?

So, here I am, celebrating my 14th anniversary as a Stampin’ Up demonstrator and I still love it. I have to say that I have not given anyone a store-bought card since I started. Stamping and creating is my escape and my creative outlet.

If you would like to try it for yourself, I can coach you on how Stampin’ Up can help you to express your creativity. Just leave a comment or contact me.

Thanks for stopping by my blog,

Happy Stamping!

Mary
